new place, i appreciated it. the apartment was next to the beach and a forest, unbeatable location overall. .

Wonderful location, staff was caring, fairly clean property. Room was reasonably spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed. A shower, hairdryers and bath sheets were provided. I appreciated the owner who runs the place. Free parking was available onsite.

Quiet place with really great location. Best of all, it was 15 minutes to the city center. Besides, we were a short walk from the beach. Free Wi-Fi is throughout the property.

nice position and free parking. cars can be parked on site. i appreciated restaurant called ararat, it was located within walking distance the venue. nothing to complain about, i totally recommend this place for staying.
